Haha!
Joking aside, it's not a logical fallacy.
It's a presumption. And not all presumptions are logical fallacies.
Just like all analogies are not logical fallacies, and all comparisons are not logical fallacies, and all questions are not logical fallacies.

Which is pretty much my entire point of emphasis in contributing to this thread.

Once again, my thanks, Angelkiss!

You obviously don't read all I post =/

@ Elana- You are welcome :)
Okay, not all the time.
But it does seem quite often that you are in a combative state.
Incoming sarcastic, obligatory, sexist remark
osnap, incoming /ragequit
continuation of informal logical fallacies:

Non Causa Pro Causa:

Correlation does not imply causation esentially I do believe.
Damn it's busy here at work today.

One-Sidedness
Red Herring Fallacy
Special Pleading
Vagueness
Weak Analogy
I'm the example courier today.

You're welcome

"Have you ever cheated on your girlfriend?" is a loaded question, isn't it? Implying you have a girlfriend?

No, it is not a loaded question.
However, it does presume a context where it's been established that the listener has (or had) a girlfriend, yes.

I worded the example that way in comparison to the previous example "Are you still cheating on your girlfriend?", which IS a loaded question.
One in which is easily defeated if the addressee is on their toes. Of course I would presume most loaded questions are aimed to trap people who aren't

Correct, and correct.
The addressee would simply need to state "I have never cheated on my girlfriend" instead of a simple "yes" or "no" response.
And yes, loaded questions, and all intentionally used logical fallacies are typically used to ensnare listeners who have weak reasoning skills.

Now the only question that remains is:

Are you still not wearing any panties?

This is getting off-topic, but "trolling" is just plain stupid. But equally stupid are those who seem to think anyone who posts frequently or has strong opinions is "trolling".

Trolling is the act of purposefully and intentionally instigating others into heated debate, especially when the troll doesn't have an opinion on the topic s/he creates, and doesn't care who wins the ensuing debate, as long there is plenty of drama and verbal warfare.
Apparently, a troll can become regarded as a "really good troll" is s/he is capable of cleverly carrying out his/her trolling without making it obvious to unsuspecting readers. I understand this, but I think it's ridiculous and dumb. It's akin to lauding a "really good" litterer because s/he is capable of cleverly disguising his/her efforts to pollute the planet.

So, much like my previous complaint about users hastily "crying foul" when they erroneously think they've identified a logical fallacy, internet users tend to overuse the term "trolling", almost to the point now where the term has lost its original meaning, and really doesn't even have a definable definition.

One doesn't call a jackass or a dumbass a "litterbug". One calls a jackass a jackass, and a dumbass, a dumbass. Don't say someone is "trolling" unless s/he is trolling.

Yes, but if done lightheartedly and conspicuously, it is usually fun for the whole family.

Ex. What I just did in the "hmm, lets see how many ppl are wrong" thread
