Most things have Kinect options nowadays just like most PS3 stuff nowadays have Move options.
It's not mandatory, just an option for those that like the interaction. People like these kinds of games, whether you want to accept it or not.

Last Guardian isn't coming international until 2012. It could be the biggest game of the year next year.
