7:42 pst and still same error, even after card is accepted. This is such bs. SE's conviently closed now as well, so MAYBE tomorrow? This is fkn deja vu

Edit: I changed the CC info and it went through, then just re-attached my normal card though

I'm just curious as to why SE hasn't acknoweldged a problem exists and has taken steps to address or resolve them at all. Also curious as to how many are amongst us

I assumed the 0.00 charge was because I was double-charged last month. Once at the beginning and again towards the middle of the month. It is sent as $0.00 because if you reactivated your account DURING april, you still have to pay the normal amount. The $0.00 is only for the people who had to pay the billing cycle during March. But yeah...UCS-5001 for the past 8 hours =\. They should really announce that there is a problem instead of just acting like its normal, it isn't.

When I called around 4pmish EST, they told me they were aware of the problem since this morning and are working on fixing it but they couldn't give me an estimation as to how long it would take.

*Make sure the payment information is valid. To ensure, re enter and update your payment details even if they have not altered.
*Make sure your PlayOnline ID and Content ID's have not been cancelled and reactivate if necessary.

My bank sucks and doesn't do the verified by visa crap, so i bypassed it by entering my info on my Xbox. And now my ffxi for the xbox 360 no longer works, so i really hope this ***fixes itself :x

After hours of the same problem everyone is having I finally dusted off my xbox and it took my info on the first try without issue. It took 5 minutes and now I am back on my PC and happy.
