I assumed the 0.00 charge was because I was double-charged last month. Once at the beginning and again towards the middle of the month. I may also assume that I wasn't "disconnected" from SE's support by accident either (both times I called). SE's customer support should be their ruin. It's the absolute worse I have ever seen or had the misfortune to witness.
The $0.00 is given to everybody whether you have to reactivate your account or not.
It is sent as $0.00 because if you reactivated your account DURING april, you still have to pay the normal amount. The $0.00 is only for the people who had to pay the billing cycle during March. But yeah...UCS-5001 for the past 8 hours =\. They should really announce that there is a problem instead of just acting like its normal, it isn't.
