Anyone else get Deactivated?
I just got kicked from FFXI and POL completely and now it says i dont have any IDs active wtf I survived last month's Deactivate fest to get kicked now? I thought the month was free O.o and my card has more than enough to pay for the month had it not been free. WTH SE \(-_-)/
Oh to add to it the error I got was POL-0251
you changed your router settings at all recently?
i ask because the 0250/0251 error usually related to a router problem?
edit: a friend of mine got kicked last night and said he hadnt paid for content ID.. so probably another SE problem

April was free, however, billing process for the month in question is always billed on the first. Therefore, on the first of May, you will be paying for the entire month of May.
Also there is currently ongoing registration maintenance. Unfortunately some people get the short end of the stick with various errors and mix ups relating to that.

I basically leave the game on most the time, so I don't touch billing unless something goes wrong (like now) either way the money is there I haven't changed cards or anything. router settings lol thats cute >.> I got kicked mid convo, logged on instantly to over 1/2 my chars deactivated, like 20mins later same error all IDs dead. Nice fk up on their end lol. and yes now the maintaince is extended to 5PDT. yet another attestment to the marvel that is POL software and billing systems -_-

I was booted for about a day, and checking my billing, I have been charged for every month this year so far. I R confused.

This lame billing ***is happening again...
POL told me I'm gonna be billed for 0.00$ for April. After I put my cc info and stuff I click "pay" and that frickin' UCS error smack my face.
Like they said on POL site. Maint's been done since like 4.21 PDT (instead of 5.00 PDT). And till now I can't get through it.

Same for me, pol ask me to pay 0.00$ and i put my cc info and click play and he say to me : UCS-5001 error "The server is busy. Please try again later."

Same here says my balance is $0.00 but when I enter my CC info it says server busy =( Guess they don't want my money.....

Happend to a friend of mine too aparently.
Last month similiar ***happened. Had to wait two days before I could log. Wonder how it's gonna be this time.
I find it extremely odd that none of this stuff happened to me at all... I didn't get billed for April at all, I never had any errors, I got billed just yesterday for May and still have had no issues logging in or getting ingame.
I think I just got lucky or what? Sorry for those who can't get in.

I think it affects people with NA Accounts only.
Last time majority if not all were playing on US accounts.
None of mine friends using EU accounts had such problems with paying/logging.

Acually they charged me 1$ each time i tried to enter my credit card a while back and this was on xbox360. So has anyone had any sucess getting your account back up yet?

Well I have a couple of EU friends who had the same issues as you guys so I don't think it was just US players but some chosen few of pretty much every country, as I had also a friend from Holland have the issue as well.

It's the way 3-D Secure works. To confirm it's your card they charge you with 1$ but still they don't. When I log to my bank account my money is untouched.

idk why SE decided to use POL as a login client/ payment processor , it's horrible, takes forever to re-activate your account and pay stuff and like 3 minutes to log in into ffxi as well because need to pass all the playonline crap
