I'm guessing it's something to do with SE's system not being designed to waive fees on a large scale... So it's all going a bit.. wrong.

I'm having the same issue. I called SE and they told me it was my banks fault so after being on hold for 45 minutes trying to get a hold of SE I call the bank the bank says we authorized the transaction, its a problem on their end.....Back on hold with SE.
Grrrrrr!!!!!!

Yep.. a friend of mine had it happen... but not on me... I'm locked in for <long time> I just keep payin.. no issues with me!!!

Woke up disconnected but logged in just fine. So I'd just keep trying and wait this out if I was you, not like calling support and bitching (for a lack of a better word) will fix a tech error effecting a few people any faster. If anything they know about this all ready and are working on it. Plus it's not the weekend like last months lock out fiasco lol

I was told this billing cycle for me would be free for the whole April being free thing when i contacted them last week. I dc'd last night and couldn't get back on due to maintenance. When i went to reactivate it this morning it was for a past due charge of a whole dollar. I contacted SE this morning and i was told it was an issue with their billing system.

Thing that makes me mad is no information about whats going on. I belive there r any teh issues but wth they cannot inform us about it? It happend deffinately too often - and again i will have to pay whole month but play few days less

i got lucky and didnt get deactivated this month amazingly after i lost out on pretty much all but a week of the "FREE" month we got...wasnt able to get on the first 5 days of the month then on the 15th was kicked again and unable to come back till yesterday lol and all support said was oh well pay the fees

Happened to me last month. But nit this month. My bro got kicked and the only reason I knew what was up is because his mule was still there. Until it got kicked, lol.

last month, I too went through a 4 day stint of not being able to get on. Had to wait with everyone else. When I was able to input the card, they charged me. Then, on the 15th, got kicked again and charged; again. Now I'm in the same boat as everyone else here, not able to log in and being told it's 0.00$. As I mentioned in the thread last month, I'd rather them just charge me the damn money than to have to go through this crap again.

Last month I couldn't log in with my mule but this month I can't log in as my main...but they never forget to take theyre money though..

I wonder what's up with the 0.00 though. If it's because of last month that they're not charging anything, then they owe me next month as well because I can prove I was charged twice. Once at the beginning of last month and again around the 15th
