Love and Justice have allways been good options for ws, and I dont think anybody have ever said for sure which is better, but I guess people might have it figured out now?

Doesn't need to be any testing it's pure math. Actually nowadays unless the acc matters a good half of the commonly used ws the gorget actually loses. Give me your approximate dex how much DA/TA you got and weapon dmg and I could math out how the dex alone will most likely beat gorget forget the attack from love

Hmmm, I thought gorgets always win on multihit WS due to the fact that they give acc to each hit not to mention the attack they give from the modifier on each hit. Acc cap =/= capped acc on multihit, however gorgets push them higher, making achieving high or max hits even better.

Oh, and gorgets ALWAYS beat justice, that has been tested to death and it was always won by a pretty good margin.

Accuracy isn't as big of an issue anymore.

And they don't give an attack modifier to each hit. They only give +.1 ftp to the first hit. Which is part of the reason why they actually tend to be worse on multi hit ws unless you need the acc

Also you seem to be implying that multi hit ws have some sort of acc penalty which isn't true. On top of that love torque in particular has almost as much acc as gorgets anyways.

And I think he meant for the ws it's good at. Such as str modded ones and/or scythe/gkt

If i remember correctly, with capped acc, it was like 96>90>85>80 and so on, gorgets give acc to each hit, making a higher chance of hitting multiple hits higher past the normal acc cap. Love torque has always been up in the air when it comes to torques.

Again, in every legit test on justice torque vs. gorget, gorget came out on top every time, especially for 1 hit WS like gkt. I highly doubt that has changed even with abyssea.

You're remembering wrong. Like I said there is no accuracy penalty for multihit ws. The "diminishing returns" as you put it are the odds of hitting every hit in the ws. But each individual hit will still be capped. So in the end you will land the same percentage of hits as a single hit ws. And you can't get higher acc than the cap. Otherwise it wouldn't be the cap... Love has always won on dagger multi hit ws and Drakesbane.

Abyssea changed what ws we use though as well as as number of extra attacks. Namely empyrean and certain crit ws as well as TA/DA atmas. In general gorgets tend to start losing on ws with higher ftps and higher stat mods... which most empyrean ws are both

I have no idea where you are getting these crazy accuracy ideas from though. Seriously if you can site a single source that says each hit of a multi hit ws has less accuracy than the one before or that gorgets magically let you go past the acc cap I'll be amazed

With all of this being said, would Love torque be better for Drakesbane instead of a gorget? I could only assume so with all that has been said. Also if you disregard the DEX on love torque, wouldn't Agasaya's Collar beat Love torque? the torques only provide 6acc/atk if you disregard their added stat
