Same here :O. Just logged in w/o it asking me to change my CC info. Didn't have to fuzz around with my IDs as well.

That confirms what I was thinking.

It seems they fixed a very big "batch" this morning with the "fix" (more like patch) they announced in the page, but many more (like me) were still out.

It seems nothing has changed since in about 12 hours; the ones who were lucky enough to be "fixed" in the morning can enter now, but the ones unlucky still can't.

I just wanted to confirm if they were like fixing account-by-account during the day or they were just doing it in batches.

Let's hope they can finally solve this very very awful situation in the next few hours :X.

I'm not getting the same error as everyone else (the one listed in the POL updates too). It just simply won't let me reactivate my content IDs. It claims my payment method is bad but it's perfectly fine. I have a chat support window open now, we'll see what they have to say. -.-

After a 40 minute wait, they basically told me to reenter my credit card. The same one I've been using. It went through and I was able to reactivate... but it says I'm going to get charged. I better not *** get double charged. The guy disconnected with me before I could even ask about that. -.- Worst service ever. Free month is costing me more than a regular month would.

god damnit same problem, LM-08 > UCS-5024 > ***.

They should never have said they implemented a temporary fix when clearly they didn't.

Wait, really? you weren't able to log in earlier and after you could? Were you getting UCS-5024 too?

Yes, just kept saying that my account was cancelled and needed to reactivate, when i entered my password the UCS-5024 error came up... just kept trying over and over, took a nap tried some more and it worked.

Edit: Worked as in it no longer said my account was deactivated, and logged in as normal.

All this was expected. Since there was no common denominator on why only us got UCS-5024, there couldn't be only one fix. Lucky those who got fixed first, and I hope that all those who still locked out get fixed ASAP.

It's looking like they are fixing accounts one by one in batches. That's how it feels to me anyhow. I was locked out too then boom, was able to login without changing anything.

I still haven't seen Siccmade in game. I'm sorry to see still so many unable to log in and get their accounts activated. I guess I was very fortunate in having to only wait out a 24 hrish period. What would be really interesting, is in knowing what brought all of this about to begin with. I think all of you still locked out deserve some kind of compensation (though I strongly recommend not asking for another free month). I look forward to seeing this thread that I started three days ago finally have a reason to be forgotten and all of get your accounts back

I'm not so much as angry as I am confused. Sure, the answers are there; no one working on the weekend + they never gave free months out that I know of.... but still. This is just a really awkward experience on both ends that puts the nail on the coffin for their support.

I had this issue too, as well as having unpayed fees before. I had to pay £25 to get my account back.

Last time I'm ever doing that.

Cali. phone rep said they're still in the dark about it and posess no way of manually reactivating accounts. :( He said they're hoping for an engineer update today
