Amazing how 2 adults can turn into *** children over stupid ***. I think my dad voted for Romney just because my mom went Obama. Like, fine, we get it, you don't want to be together anymore.. but does that mean you have to tear each other down? why can't they just end it peacefully without being ***?

Just tell them that. The only way I ever got through to my father was standing up to him.
I have. It just makes my dad yell at me and then my mom yell at him and pretty much has no effect.

Narshecat, don't let a failed marriage put you off the idea. I've always found it remarkable how adults can be so childish and immature just to try and save face, my parents are the same sometimes. Try to take something positive from it, for example when my parents argue it's usually my dad being a controlling *** to my mum, I learn how to better treat that special lady I might meet one day by observing his awful behaviour.

Well, on the bright side, you have a job now so you can actually move out and let them destroy each others' lives while you're busy not giving a *** in your own place. Just sit back, grab a bowl of popcorn and watch the show.
