If it were truly impenetrable, you wouldn't have been willing to revolt against Saggy because you'd know there's no way to win against him.
The Artemis Umbrella can't remain open constantly and once I sneak sufficient forces in, you'll nuke yourselves in some pathetic attempt at a final attack, making my victory all the easier.
You'll lose an entire fortress, and I'll only lose a single squad of stealth mobile suits piloted by cloned pilots.
