Yes,and you dont even really need the special mods to make it look good,just the official ultra high res texture pack makes the biggest difference

Speaking of Skyrim I noticed in the character creation video you can even chose the face tatoo like the sexy wolfgirl from Skyrim.

this just seems proof that the world is going to end.
there is a class at rice university that is about norse mythology and the class forces the students attending to play skyrim and take note of all the things in the game that is supposedly based on norse lore and how very different it actually is.
