Yes I've considered starting up my own business, however, the only thing I'm really any good at, that is marketable requires HEAVY start up. Basically a catch 22..

Woodworking was the only thing I ever had a natural talent for, that people would still buy.. Making furniture more or less.. However, to make any serious attempt or any real money at it, I'd need at least 5-10 grand just for the equipment and wood/materials (no one wants furniture made from just regular building lumber, lol) and that's just the basic stuff.. I actually did the math years and years ago just to see..

My whole life is a catch 22 though.. Example: I'd have so many more open positions for a job if I had a license, but to get a license I need money and to drive EVERY SINGLE DAY to downtown Houston, which is an hour away, for some stupid class I have to take for my suspended license. There is literally no one to take me (I don't have friends and family like other people do to rely on, and my wife has to work, she can't just up and take off) and if I just can't make it one day, then I have to start all over. Including the couple-several hundred dollar fee. Can't afford to take the class, can't afford to screw it up if I do.

The whole farmer's market thing had caught my attention, but we only have a very tiny yard.. When I started considering the logistics and all the angles.. Yeah, not really an option. Even if I turned both our front and back yard (which I'm pretty sure I'm not legally allowed to do) into a full on garden/farm, it really wouldn't amount to anything substantial or worth the time and effort.. From a profit stand point.. If I wanted to majorly expand, then I could use that to regain some of the costs I'd expended in the huge expansion, but it would never be enough to count as 'income'.

And damn.. All that and he went to bed ; ;

fffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuu crafting system in 14. I've had 6 synths today with 80-90% HQ rates not HQ on me today and then the double down attempt blow up. Lost a decent bit of gil today trying to HQ for profits ><

And SE wants to nerf everything that is HQ...

I hope the guy who stole my bike watches his loved ones go through a slow, painful death, shortly before being put out of his misery
