Dude at waffle house doesn't have half his teeth but he can flip an egg in the air, catch it and still not break the yolk D:

You need a quality nostick pan that has slanted sides and not straight up, cooking with butter helps more then the normal spray. It's mainly a wrist flick and when you catch it you have to pad the drop. As long as the underside of the egg is well cooked it won't break in the movement.

Flip a *** egg over without breaking the yolk :<
The key is to flip quickly, but gently. If you keep it suspended too long, it'll break.
Pritty much this, do a big flip if you are showing off otherwise just enough time in the air to get it to turn. If your not already tip the pan forwards slightly so it gathers at the end before attempting to flip it.

Scrambled eggs with chunky salsa and shredded cheddar cheese is good. Add a dash or two of Tabasco sauce and wrap it in a warm flour tortilla for maximum yummyies! Crumbled sausage is good in that burrito too.

Also teh other day Sagi you mentioned that it's cold UP in Sweden. i'd like to point out the majority of Sweden population lives on the same parallel as Scotland. hell a fair bit lives further south on the globe than you do!
It's colder because they have far more elevation.

Wasn't that expensive in Örebro.
Neither when we ordered in or when we got Kebab at some random places in town near where Miemo worked.
Then again Örebro is a much smaller city and thus probably a fair bit cheaper.
