Your setup is better than mine, so I don't know what the problem is. What is your CPU usage like during cutscenes? Also, how much RAM are you running?

It's not even cutscenes now, actual gameplay as well, just really choppy and slow. I know FFXIV sets itself to low but I found the FFXIVPriorityBooster thing and have it reset to high everytime I go back into it. I'm gonna lower some things and see if that helps then I'll let you know. :/

That was 1977, it was probably running 1MB RAM or something.
