Being diagnosed with it hasn't really helped me to be honest. The medication they gave me didn't really help me.

tbh i like how i feel when i drink but i avoid it as much as i can :P alcoholism runs in my family lol

my mom has diabetes but just because she has an unhealthy life style :P i think i lost a few relatives because they didnt take care of their diabetes

I think I thought I'd stop being depressed if I got in shape, but that wasn't what happened. I do think if I let myself get out of shape again it'd probably make my depression worse though.

I think it's more common than current figures would suggest. I don't remember the last time I felt anxiety because I just avoid all social situations.
