I'm installing it right, I think it's just my fail PC being fail lol, trying to shove a new everything into old *** (new GPU with my old *** motherboard and ram and CPU >.>) i'm trying to pester the gf to get me a new motherboard/CPU/RAM but that's a good bit of money to drop lol...

I ended up finding the problem and it was the weirdest *** thing.. A RAM stick had somehow went bad, but not so bad that the computer ceased to function, just periodically everything would come to a grinding halt..
I don't remember how I found out, but once I removed the offending RAM stick, never had a problem on that computer again.
So, shot in the dark, but only use 1 stick of RAM at a time, run the computer on it (if possible?) see if the problem persists.. If it does, switch RAM, and try again.

I just tried to run skyrim and my graphics card fan just like went apeshit, was going super *** fast and LOUD.
just tried it a second time to have the same results as the PSO2, it blacked out, then reset.
I am so *** confused right now since the guy who worked on my PC and told me that I should upgrade my power supply ran the SAME computer with a different power supply FINE not even a few weeks ago and had no problem, it's like I touch it and it goes full retard on me.

Catnip, I had the same problems. It worked for a couple days after I got my new PSU, then 2 days after using it, the problems started up again. Running on my onboard card(torture btw!) and it's fine, no problems at all.

Gonna be taking my PC to this PC shop tomorrow for them to take a look at it, I'm glad the Power supply works at least, but this is just *** odd :/ (oh yeah and it's pissing me off horribly also :p) I just hope I don't have to end up shipping back my GPU cause yeah ... i'd hate to do that :(

Ok I figured out at least why my PSU stays on after shutdown, it has this fandelaycool feature or whatever built in, supposed to help cool it down after shut down... never heard of it lol.
