75 bucks after MIR isn't too bad really and I know OCZ is a good brand.

FML I don't know what kind of ram my PC uses, the specs site only says DDR 2 and newegg has got all these pin options. <__<

I'd say get 2 sticks of this one. I'm not sure if your mobo can read more then 2gig per slot with the description you posted. Corsair is a good brand.
