Depending on your router, you might be able to sneak in and set it so the ports their PS3 uses have limited use of the bandwidth. They might not like it but it'd be a fun trick to play and it's better than breaking their stuff. :D

Get a router with a good QoS manager. You can set priority and decide which devices get the majority of your bandwidth. I have mine set to only give my parents and my sis's computer a max of 10 kbps download. This way they don't cause me to lag in games when they get on theirs, and I get the majority of download speeds when I'm downloading stuff.

I don't mean set theirs that low lol, well I myself would still do that. *** their games, mine are more important. I couldn't care less if my sis or my parents take 2 minutes to load a web page. Really helps when my sis wants to get on youtube and listen to shitty Justin Beiber videos.
You can limit to whatever you want, it just depends on what you actually have as your bandwidth package. If you have something like a 10mbps download line, I'd limit them to maybe 1mb. Which is enough for netflix to play slightly below DVD quality with no pauses (I think).
