I suppose you were more asking for the equilibrium expression than anything else from what you said... But any equation in chem is a formula. :x Just saying.

About to hit the gym.. Day 69/84. April 9th is my judgement day for this little contest I entered. I really doubt I'll win with all the people who entered, but hell I'll train hard for that just in case. I want to shoot for the top without trying to sound egotistic. Other people make more progress then me due to genetics or whatever but the fact is I'm feeling really good. I've made progress, dropped 20lbs of body fat, gained almost 10-15 in muscle. Christ I let myself go lol.

We did Apoc Nigh, yes. And then my subscription died, so I can't get my earring reward and mission completion until I pay for it (Today or tomorrow). :P

It can be pretty humbling, I'm told, to take a picture of yourself in your underwear and realize that it isn't just "not too bad" anymore. XD
