This. Almost always has weather up. Crabs and pugs don't agro next to the fortification. Elementals spawn around the area, and 2 ghosts spawn around there at night. overall a very safe place.

Yeah, Vunk constantly has Lightning/Wind weather up almost non-stop. Shouldn't take you long.
