I literally can't tell the difference between 60hz and 120hz and I have perfect eyesight.
edit: it all depends on the size/what you're viewing though, 99.9% of what I do on a computer it won't matter, so it's not worth the price difference.

It's most likely somewhere in your settings. Like what you have set as your source for video/audio, etc. Encoding and all that jazz..never looked into streaming since my net isn't good enough.
You do know there are guides out there for that kind of ***. Google is your friend.
