You can become the proud owner of your very own mog sack simply by purchasing it from the altruistic moogle posted at one of the locations listed below for the affordable price of 9,980 gil. Characters need not possess a mog satchel to qualify for mog sack ownership.
Southern San d'Oria (M-6)
Bastok Markets (H-7)
Windurst Woods (G-10)
Ru'Lude Gardens (I-9)
they should made it just 1 location. Would been hilarious to see the mass mule Exodus to where the moogle is.

What's funny is after a month of having the Moogle Sack, we will have filled it, wonder what we used to do without it and complain that we still need more space. Just sayin...

I agree with this. The inventory enhancements should have been brought into the game a long time ago. I mean SE was pretty much forcing you to have a mule for inventory space before the satchel update, which cost £10.
It's nice, but really? This should have been implemented a long time ago.
SE seem to have a track record of not implementing necessary things right away. (looking at you XIV). But then people will eat this up so w/e.

Not really. XI succeeded. I don't even know why you brought XIV up in the first place seeing as it's run by completely different development teams.

I'm not going to be the first one to try storing something in the event it's bugged and deletes the gear that you put in. I could totally see this happening and can imagine the huge shitstorm that would follow.

It's called business.
They stand to make more money by making people pay for stuff later on after suffering without it.
We should count ourselves lucky they're not charging real money for this bag too.

Can hardly do so relatively safely in combat can you?
They want to allow you to do it via macro, maybe, but it's torturous as it stands.

when i'm in the middle of tanking bukhis, yes, it can be slightly difficult, let alone trying to figure out what to put away to make 79/80 more viable
i've even been forced to mog safe a majority of my provoke set as of late, due to the stupid trigger weapons Q_Q

This ***comes as standard in most MMO's lol. It's bad we feel lucky after receiving a storage update after this many years.
Kinda like when they added Alexander and Odin, we were actually happy... but seriously, what like 4 years for 2 summons?

I usually switch out everything before fighting. I think it's pretty satisfactory that you can access it from the battlefield that they even thought about letting us switch stuff around. But yes when looking for one specific piece as an afterthought it can be annoying.

My thoughts are that if you're going to allow multiple jobs on one char, then you should give the appropriate storage space. If someone levels every job, and only has one set of gear for each, that would still fill you up (310 slots with 15.5 slots per job). Ok, so that would still leave you with 90 slots if you have everything maxed. Oh wait, you can't max your storage without taking safe slots. So... 85 slots extra with ONE set per job.

i would switch out things before fighting, but that's the thing: there's pretty much nothing i can swap out, aside forbidden keys for an extra stack of holy water to spam after being doomizzled during that fight
anyways, on an outgoing note, assuming you can't use dat sack for equipment involved in macros, it's still a nice addition to the people with a very large array of jerbs (on top of being able to store even more rare/exclusive sets now), but it's not as useful as it should have been, ala another straight eighty inventory slots

With this bag, satchel, and the regular gobbiebag, there's 240 slots of always accessible space.
If you're gonna complain about this, you should just make it clear why you're carrying around so much ***to fill up 240 slots.

Well, we're all jumping the gun here assuming the stuff in the new bag can't be macroed.
All out of space in your Mog Safe to accommodate that sorely needed panetiere? Mog satchel near to bursting at the seams? Fret no more, for the fast-approaching version update will usher in additional item storage features that will have adventurers kissing their storage woes goodbye!
Introducing the Mog Sack!
Humble in name but as equal to the task as its satchel counterpart, the mog sack will allow adventurers to stow and retrieve their personal belongings regardless of location. Sack capacity will correspond to a character's gobbiebag size, and may be expanded up to a maximum of 80 slots.
Ru'Lude Gardens (I-9)
Introducing the Porter Moogle!
Ever showing concern for the storage plight of adventurers, the Mog House Management Union has decided to kick off its very own porter service. MHMU-certified Porter Moogles will soon be dispatched to the areas listed below to provide storage services for some of your most prized gear, such as those of the Artifact and Relic persuasions, as well as pieces acquired via Limbus and Salvage forays. But that's not where it ends! As Porter Moogles undergo constant and rigorous training, adventurers can expect the service to encompass an even greater range of gear in the future.
Porter Moogles will be happy to accept individual pieces and even upgraded items into their safekeeping. Adventurers wishing to store items may do so by purchasing corresponding storage slips from the moogle. Expected to cost approximately 1000 gil apiece, each slip can be reused to store and retrieve items an infinite number of times.
Northern San d'Oria (K-8)
Bastok Markets (I-9)
Port Windurst (L-6)
Lower Jeuno (I-6)
Tavnazian Safehold (F-8)
Aht Urhgan Whitegate (I-11)
<-- Happyface
