Ive heard (some?) Atma effects apply to pets, and my question is:

Will Atma of Allure offer my Avatar the Enmity reduction that it offers me (basically canceling itself out if I'm soloing)?

Yep Atma's apply to pets also. And yeah it will cancel itself out during solo

All Atma's apply to pets, no cruor buffs do.
At least that's what I've been told...
