Agh! Some people are so stupid! I hate dealing with lower level people. Most of them are just plane stupid.

I'm pretty sure any company would do that as your trying to get something from them that you know you wouldn't otherwise be able to get without lying.

What happened?

We were doing an instance, and at one point you kill a boss who drops a key for a cage about 3 feet away. Well you need to open it to keep going. THe person the key dropped for was like "I have to go, sorry" and left.

Leaving us stuck there, having to leave(or restart)

I've seen many noobs/morons over the years.

A warrior who didn't know sunder armor stacked 5 times (Pre-BC, back when sunder armor was the best hate tool in the game. He was also the tank)

A druid who was our healer, but kept casting moonfire and wrath then bitching about not having mana to heal.

A warlock who never got the summon spell (back before dungeon teleporting) because "I can't summon myself with it, so there is no reason to have it."

A hunter who did not have a ranged weapon and would melee using 2 swords.

2 hunters who feigned death at the beginning of a pull (In scholomance, so they were 60 or close to it, again this is when 60 was cap) and did not stand up to help fight until we killed everything. They thought we were going to wipe, so we just 3 manned the big pull instead, and booted them from the party.

A paladin who did not do the quest to learn Redemption (Raise).

A protection warrior who dual-wielded and stayed in berserker stance.

That's just a few things I've witnessed during my stay in Azeroth.

That unfortunately is the downside to any MMO... your bound to run into full on retards, happened to me in XI, XIV, and actually just recently in WoW, had a dumb *** hunter who couldn't do ***other then ... well ... nothing.

I was afraid of looking like a dumbass since I don't the first thing about tanking, and here I am showing up someone that I later found out had multiple 80s

I didn't have redemption on one of my pallys at first. My friend and I did RaF. and I forgot to get it lol.

Edit** He had been running us, so I had no need to go do anything but sit there.

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong. I've seen my fair share of XI outcasts as well.

Keep in mind, Hunters were recently 100% overhauled. As in the last patch lol. So they may have been relearning it. That or they just suck.

We went from 1-60 in two days, you can see how I forgot. I was busy.

Very true. I kinda miss the days of knowing the other 60 druids on the server, because there were so few. Druids used to get crapped on like PUP did in FFXI. If you were a druid, you went restoration so you could get Innervate (Former top tier of that tree) and cast that on the priests when they went OOM.

This is also back when you could only have 1 of a Heal over time (HoT) on you at a time. In other words, if you had 2 druids in the raid, whoever had the stronger rejuvination would overwrite the other druid's rejuvination, instead of putting 2 rejuvs on the target.

There was also a buff cap. After you reached a certain amount of buffs, they started overwriting other buffs.

I still need to get to 60 :x

Or at least 30 soon :x

Yea. I keep trying to read stuff while healing. But I'm stuck with dumb people who stand in poison..

Oh I HATE that. I also hate warlocks who life tap down to near death then expect the healer to heal them. Use a freaking bandage or food!

I don't mind the warlock thing too much. Unless for some reason I'm having mana issues.

The fire/poison pisses me off.

Who gonna help me when I play :(

Alliance

I'm thinking of making an alli char just to *** around, but ... ehhh ... I dunno.

Honestly, I haven't looked at the difference between the two. I just wanted to check out the game mechanics.

There is a quiz to determine if you prefer Horde or Alliance.

Do you prefer Vanity to Usefulness?

Do you dislike people who look different than you?

Do you prefer mechanically engineered wonders to magic?

Do you fear death?

Do you NOT love eating pork?


For each question you answered yes to, add a point to the alliance. For each you answered no to, add a point to the horde.

You prefer Horde! :D

When making a character, you should make one of the following:
Orc
Tauren
Troll
Blood Elf (Maybe, they're more like the alliance tbh)
Goblin
Undead

Instead of one of these:
Human
Dwarf
Gnome
Draenei
Worgen
Night Elf

Alliance characters are better looking. :3

I think the Horde look better to tell the truth.
Humans are ugly.
Draenei are space goats.
Worgen are meh.
Night elf male are kinda odd looking.
Gnome are gross.
Dwarf,,, Well the look like a dwarf, I've never been a fan of short things.

I think the Horde has better looking characters. I know that seems weird but I just think they look better. (I don't really mean like "Omg its so pretty" but their stances, body shape, etc.)
