So we tried to log in this morning again before calling to see if anything changed, and now we can login. So they must have reactivated the account sometime in the 5 hours since my last post. Either way he can log in now so if you have a similar problem, dont worry it should get fixed.

When you say reactivated the account, do you mean your PlayOnline ID or the Square Enix Account?
I need to do this because I attached my brothers and my account, and now we have to use the same damn token device, we could just go and deactivate that device but I kind of want it, and he has to keep asking me for password for SE Account since it isnt saved, he doesnt live with me and it's very frustrating.
Did you just nag SE to let you back onto your account and they finally returned your PlayOnline ID back to how it was without it being linked to a SE account or is it still linked?
