Now that I've finished my Vayu's to Damage +5, Ul'hpemdes die before I can get off the magic burst. Thanks to the extra -12% cast time, the skillchain is easier to pull off, and using Ebullience on the burst is possible (Klimaform is not up, so an extra 10% damage is possible).
