Does anyone else feel like the rate of fire for this weapon has slowed considerably since this last update. I am of the opinion that when they adjusted the rate of fire for synced pt members that it instead they might have accidentally adjusted it across the board.
I have a Velocity Bow at the moment with the same low delay, and I'm having the same problem.
This is a known issue. They should be fixing it soon

Thank goodness, shooting off my stauro with retard delay was depressing me D:!
Depressed..?!?!? it was nearly the cause of my downfall on several occasions, long x-bow delay exists in total opposition to the thf way of doin buisiness
