lolz at the shake weight thing hinting that girls using regular weight machines will get bulky muscles. I was dumb enough to begin studies for personal training back before I settled on majoring in English. Bulky muscles from working out are a guy thing, because it's testosterone that causes them. Unless a girl has unusually high levels of testosterone and rather low levels of estrogen, or unless she's on serious hormone-changing meds (steriods), she's not going to get bulky muscles from gym equipment.

Edit: I want an ***! But hecks if I'll wear padded underwear to get one. >.> Guys are going to be all disappointed when they realize the girls were in padded unders!
