It's staggered so you do weight training every other day and aerobic activity every other day. I sub in running and my own aerobic stuff instead of theirs though, just so it doesn't take over mah life. XD

Oh, and I don't always do the aerobic. I weigh about 125lb, all I really want from this program is some weight gain lol

I'm also not following their diet plan - it's kind of impossible to do on a college meal plan. :/

Ahh I see that makes sense. Right now I'm just doing a full body workout with weights 3 days a week. I need to start running or something but I just havent felt like it yet haha.

edit: Diet.....I don't think I'll ever be able to eat properly lol

I mean, I do the best I can to eat the proper amounts of fruits/veggies while maximizing protein intake, but my body is notdoinitrite or something cause I just caaaan't put on weight. ._.
