On another note, it's exciting to see so many Japanese speakers in here now. :D I've just started learning it this semester - it's soooo different from Chinese, a bit harder than I expected. o_o Oh wells, I hope at least that knowing the all kanji will help me out somewhat. XD

You're already on Fall Break, Carrelo?! I am so jealous. We don't get off until November 22. Well, 20th if you count the weekend before. We have one week off, then we are back in school until December 20.
Also, if you have an egg, take the yolk and whip it up in a bowl. Add a couple of drops of water and you'll have egg wash. Brush it on the crust before putting the pie in the oven to make it extra golden and flaky. :)
