For those of you that have 20 minutes to spare to listen to Stephen Fry argue against the modern Catholic Church. Some stuff he says here are really thought provoking.

He speaks about the history of Catholic Church's suppressive actions, evangelism, women's rights, HIV/AIDs, use of condoms, homosexuality and child abuse.

Some highlights relevant to this community:

acceptance = acknowledging differences positively

conformance = bowing to a same standard, often detrimentally suppressing individual traits
