He want's gains so I'm telling him what works. Every supplement, including multi-vitamins, are bad if you take too much. If you have doubts go ask the guys at your gym about the product it's pretty well reviewed on body-building forums. Creatine is also bad for your kidneys if ur not cycling it. But everyone takes creatine, it makes for nicer muscles. Just make sure your drinking tons of water. @"Sleep when I'm/your dead" is a quote, I was joking. Sleep is important for a number of reasons. The way I see it is you can be putting a lot worse into your body.
I would really have to dig for my biochem notes 8 hrs away to recall why creatine supplements are bad for you or just do some quick research which I don't feel like doing either but not only did my biochemistry professor tell us it was bad but other professors who are (academic) clinical doctors... but like I said do what you want and take advice from whom you trust

I'm really abridging the process. I understand that... but I'm trying to remember the part that has nothing to do with the kidneys...
I know creatine makes me get hangovers really easily. :X lol

Dear god.... bad memories Creatine/PCr itself is naturally occurring, which get converted to creatinine. The main problem is when the body has to metabolize the excess. biopathway :) Creatine is gonna give him better lifts, which is good. It also makes "water muscles" as we call them. Because your retaining more water in the muscles, your muscles look bigger as a result. I think (not 100% positive) that what our biochem professor was caught up on is that it is an osmotic molecule and it pulls water into the muscle and therefore you bulk up but with water weight... (so kind of saying it just looks like you bulked up, but really it's just water weight)

In the gym people call them "water/fake muscle" because its just giving the appearance of larger muscle. It is also some muscle, Edit: Since your increasing ATP, he'll lift more. Im sooo bored.... this is the first and last time I ever do someones homework for money ._.
