Heyyyy, I have to watch what I eat too... :< My diet is actually pretty carefully calculated. D: A doctor told me I should get my thyroid checked out because of my weight and when that didn't pan out I went to a nutritionist. Now I have to be almost compulsive about eating or all the hard-earned progress I've made will just burn away. :/

And I hope you guys aren't weight training every day. D: That's dangerous !! You build muscle while you're resting^^ !!
