Friendlist Down!

hello

am not sure if everyone have same problem, but i tired this with 2 account and the problem is same

i added some names to friendlist and then clicked same after check mark my main char (only 1 char on my account)

after i save, i go to check my char page
but the friend list is not appear, no any name appear

wonder what is the problem.... is it down?
