Why Do DRKs Get Apocalypse?

I know there was a good reason, i just cant remember it!

Let's them use Souleater the entire time it's up pretty much, Catastrophe gives a large Haste aftereffect (and refills their HP) and until recently let them switch over to a KC keeping the Haste effect and deal massive damage. Scythe WS are the better ones of their two main weapons as well.

I think the main reason they get it is for the haste effect. it allows you to go over the haste cap and have insanely fast TP gain and weapon skill spamming and yes HP drain on a weaponskill is sexy too. imo Apoc makes endgame DRK the best DD in the game. I would love to get my hands one one of those, maybe one day i shall. Unitl then drk/sam 4 life.

Scythe has become absolutely atrocious, obsolete, and beyond hindering for ME. EMPHASIS WHEN I SAY FOR >>ME<<.

I have been DRKing since 2005 and tried a wide range of gear options, some for fun, alot for srsly.

Once I got Ragnarok,I have been parsing on par with my fellow liberator DRKs. I'm not one for "numbers" when it comes to zerging, rather than what "FEELS" right. Some parses I slam a 3000% TP Scourge and I let the Hundred Fist-Like speed to ALL the talking. Other times, I spam resolution like it's going out of style. I have never had any issues topping a parse.

Do I like scythe? No, never did. Am I biased? Yes.

Can some one effectively use Scythe and do crazy amounts of damage, yes. But that guy will never be me, and this is coming from a guy that bows to the insanity that is Liberator.

i think geo would be pretty beast in pvp these days
