POL-1160

I have recently decided to start playing again and on my new computer that I have gotten I keep getting the error: POL-1160 everytime I try to update. If anyone knows how to fix this please help. Im pretty sure this error at this time has nothing to do with congestion as I have been clicking retry for 3 days now.

What else does the error say? Is that the connection timed out one? :s
