My parents are not even that nuts, at least they acknowledge outer space, astrology, science.

You might want to look "astrology" up. Astrology is a pseudo science, and has been since its creation within the church hundreds of years ago.

Astronomy, is an actual science and a proven one at that. Has been for the past 400 years.

I grew up Southern Baptist, and even with me not attending church after I turned 15, even I still caught wind of fruits like this all the time. Hell, they even have ads for christian music like this on TV all the time.

You also have people/groups like Amy Grant, POD, and that one group that hit it big about 10 years ago with that goofy lead singer with the mullet and the gay cross tat on his arm, bah I forget his name and his bands name. ><

These people/groups might hit it big, but their message is still the same as these fruits.
