Better Auto Target manager is an add-on to fixx the horrible autotargeting in the game.

no more targeting the enemy 18 yalms away. better optimal autotarget for different team strategies. and never miss a VIP target in a bunch of mobs (hi aurix)
unlike other this does NOT prohibit you in targeting specific mobs (unless VIP target is present) it just works in death of you current target

Commands
* - Batman on - Enable improved autotargeting (disables in-game autotarget
* - Batman off - Disable improved autotargeting

This enabled or disabled the Addon function. It disable the in-game /autotarget to prevent conflicts, but i was not able to figure out how save and restore the settings so you have to manually enable the in-game autotarget when yuo no longer use the add'ons (but WHY really)

---

* - Batman teamup - Autotarget prefers target attacked by party members
* - Batman Spreadout - Autotarget prefers target NOT attacked by party members

This will setup the auto targeting preference. Do you prefer to gang up on the same add in ambuscade. or do you prefer to spread out and get have you own mob in sortie C.
please not this will still only impact aggressive mobs and will and will pick up non sleeping mobs first but within the preference set above.

---

* batman VIP <enemy> - Add <enemy> to the VIP taget list (Will redirect on engage)
* batman High <enemy> - Add <enemy> to the High priority target list
* batman Low <enemy> - Add <enemy> to the low priority target list

The above setting defines priority High priroty mobs will be the one you autotarget first before the others. Low will be what you try to autotarget last. VIP will ALWAYS be engaged if its alive. For VIP target you will be redirected to attack them even if you tried to attack another mob so make sure you handle this carefully

---

* batman Side # (1-10) - Adjust distance calculation for enemies to the side
* batman rear# (1-10) - Adjust distance calculation for enemies to the rear

These setting adjust how much you are wanting to Flip back and forth since this addon will pick up enemies behind you. Every target is based on its distance from you.
Setting Side and rear values above 1 for targeting calcualtion increase their distance with tha amount so lets say you sets the side to 1.5 and rear to 2. then enemies behind you arecounted as having twice the distance they really have and side are 1.5 the distance
Example: you have a mob behind you at 5 yallms distance and one in front of you at 6. without any adjustments you would autoengage you rear target. but setting rear to 1.5 its calculated as 5*1.5= 7 and suddenly the front target is "closer" and you engage that one instead.
This is to avoid camera/facing flickflacking back and forth in crowds. i recommendet o use values between 1.5 and 3 to finetune what you want (Defauls is side 1.5 and rear 2.0

* batman vegan - Toggles killing pets on/ff (Default: off)

This enable autoattacking pets or not. as default you will not switch to a pet after killing a mobs (unless there are no other aggressive mobs)

I hope it will make the game less frustrating for you all, on this beautiful day

I'll remember to set it to "ON" before every Dynamis to keep things fresh!

Does this make you put your weapon away after every kill? I remember the previous attempts at a "better autotarget" just had you kill -> put away your weapon -> new target -> draw your weapon -> hit the monster, resulting in a pretty massive loss in DPS.

Only oddity with putting weapons away so far is it doesn't seem to like using ranged weapons, keeps wanting me get in and melee instead.

Similar results both on RNG(Fomalhaut) and COR(Death Penalty).

On Dark Knight it works great, very helpful when duoing w/ rdm for splitting up who is on adds.

So does it put away weapons? That stops the clock on your attack round requiring you to go through the animation of pulling it out and starting the attack delay from scratch again.
