It looks like you may have missed anything in 0x01E[0-F] series? 9 there + 16 missing = full expected 25.

We already paired the augs with the most likely sets on the dev tracker discussion thread. I agree with the assessment people came up with
Blood pact damage can only go with summoner so that aug is 100% locked in, and the other stuff fits. The phalanx enhancement is for red mage paladin and rune, so that fits. the quad attack is more for dragoon and samurai while the enmity is for ranger and cor, the triple attack and store tp for monk thf and dancer makes sense and is the thing they kinda do, and that leaves only one aug left... which also makes sense. Warrior is the DA job so DA and PDL is right up their alley, and it fits ninja and bard fine too.
There is a pet buff paired with each of the pet jobs as well, which further supports the pairings. Drg, smn, bst and pup all have pet augs. So I'm pretty certain this is going to be correct.
