Anyone know if ignore defense ws mechanics are additive with defense down debuffs?
my understanding is that ignores def is applied to whatever the targets def currently is

It is FFXI, no reason, is a valid reason
It should, but it's certainly not guaranteed. all ignores defense ws's suck, so. It could've been broken the entire time (partially explaining why they suck!)
