Because it explicitly excludes people who don't identify as either. Does that harm me? No. Does that exclude people who I think should be included? Yes. It's the exact same thing as having a character selection system that only allows white skin. It's excluding people. And are you saying that intersex people don't exist?

If you want to get 1% of something, you'd do X * 0.01.
So in this case, its 189894 * 0.00018, so 34 people

How does body type A or B represent me? A male?
Intersex people exist (though you don't need to invent a new word for it.. just pick it from the LGBTQ-TV dictionary). They are still either male or female. When you die, thousands of years from now scientist will be able to accurately miss-gender you.

This is objectively false regardless of your political stance lol. Some intersex people has both male and female genitals when they were born. Which means they are biologically neither male or female.
They may pick one gender role when they grow up, and identify with that in the society. But gender role and sex are 2 different things, and that is not a modern concept either. There are plenty of historical record about intersex people since the ancient time.
