Playonline is showing up as not secure on Chrome for me and I can't connect to the game through playonline, keep getting POL-0011 error.
Are these 2 issues related? Is this happening for other people?

Having the same issue. Its a windower thing. Game connects without windower. Not sure!
Error persists for me without Windower. I gotta assume it's to do with connection being blocked because of their website security. Frustrating. Can't even send a bug report because their online form isn't working.
Yeh their website is really slow. I’m having same problem. They must be doing some server maintainable. I wonder anyone else having issue.
For some reason their TLS cert is for akamai properties instead of PoL. Perhaps SE subcontracted the website hosting and the cert got messed up?
My guess is that it is failing TLS negotiation and falling back to HTTP each time, which would explain the lag.
Edit: they probably are using akamai for ddos protection and messed something up in the integration?

I logged in no problem with windower.
I'm wondering if it's a regional issue (I play in New Zealand) or perhaps an ISP issue (I've been on hold with customer support all day).
With great persistence I managed to connect, but then dc'd while changing areas.
Online searching revealed a similar problem happened to French players a few years back.

I’m Australian. My Starlink also updated last night then this morning this happened. Could be it?
I'm gonna bet it's that, it's gotta be an Australasian thing. Not sure about the Starlink thing, I use fiber connection with Slingshot.

Useful to know it's not just my ISP. Looks like it's 2 degrees. Both MyRepublic and Slingshot are owned by 2Degrees.
I'm gonna bet whoever Starlink have subcontracted to in Australia are owned by 2degrees as well.

Funny story.. I went through a saga with 2Degrees trying to sort their connection, ended up switching to MyRepublic.. Worked sweet.. Only for them to be sold to 2Degrees a couple months later (switchover happened already I guess..)

Sounds the same as my experience, been able to log in no problem with VPN. I've had trouble zoning into Western Adoulin and Alzadaal Undersea Ruins without VPN, would be interested if you're having the same issue. What free VPN do you use?
