I have a problem and i'm not able to solve it.
I can't flag this quest in any city.
I have hero fame everywhere and i have completed "the big one" and "all by myself" already (they're in my completed quests log) and no, it's not related to conquest tally because they've been completed ages ago.
Also talking with "the big one" and "all by myself" NPCs they'd give the quest to me again but with "escort for hire" NPCs, nothing.
The one from bastok tells me to go and kill lizards, i'd kill him if he doesn't give me this quest!

You can only have one active, make sure you don't have one already in your quest log. You can also only do them once per week.
Nothing active and nothing related to conquest tally. Also NPCs don't ask me to abandon the quest, so i'm sure they're not active.
All you should need is rank 6 fame for bastok for instance, then talk to trilok and he tells you to goto CN. Then you go there, zone out and back in and you get the cut scene.

To clarify, you can only do one of any of the Escort for Hire quests each tally, I think. So if you did Windurst, you cannot also do Bastok.

I know but i didn't do any of them. All npcs don't give me the quest. I have hero fame everywhere. I have 20 quest left in the whole game.

Solved...talked again to "All by myself" NPC Marin.
Accepted the quest to repeat it and then talked to "Escort for Hire" NPC in Bastok, Trilok. He flagged it.
It's surely a bug that SE never solved. Now i could abandon "All by myself" and do Escort for Hire.
