Odd Question on Double Attack
If my LUA is correct, I believe my WAR hits or can hit 100% DA. That said, if any gear pieces have TA, will TA ever proc if I'm sitting at 100% DA?

TA has priority over DA and QA has priority over TA and DA.

The only thing 100% double attack really interferes with is mythic am3 OA3/OA2, OAX weapons, and Zanhasso for SAM. You'll never be able to see any of those with 100% DA.

Yes, there is nothing innately special about "100%" DA, other then it makes TP gain super predictable, you never have a round where you don't proc a multi-attack. WAR gets so much DA that it's not hard to hit 90+ while still loading up on QA/TA and Store TP.

Seems obvious.
You use a specific set for brazen (activation still has attack bonus) and warrior's charge was always pointless. But if you have it, its for ws's and your ws set won't have 100% DA and a chance of TA

Thanks. Kinda coming back to WAR since forever (before DA stats were on everything). I'll need to make a BR set.
I'm no WAR scientist or anything so take this with a grain of salt, but BR would presumably also increase your chance to DA during WS, and it's highly unlikely you have 100% DA in your WS set, so it's still useful.

My DA is 101% (28% base DA for WAR, 68% in gear, 5% in merits)...unless I misunderstand the formula.
Has anyone tested if Brazen Rush adds a static DA damage+ for it's duration? I had always thought it did.
I guess at the very least you can make a Max STP set during brazen rush, and strip all DA gear from your WS set, if you care

Replace some DA with STP and keep 100%DA sounds like a best approach, but I would first test if it isn't something stupid like ignoring your whole DA%, kinda like Hundred Fists ignore haste.
