Rune empyrean quest
Hope'in for some assistance here. I have both sets of relics for Rune, but I'm not able to start this quest. I've even went to the meet up spot and nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes i do. I'm really stumped. Spoken to NPC's from previous quests.
Just making sure, in your quest log is the quest epiphany started?
If not, speak to octavernost at big Bridge.

Did you do quest for gear? i used a kupon for my 119 rune af and had to go back and quest all my 109 gear

To follow on to this, you have to create all of the artifact set to start the relic quest, you have to create 1 relic piece in order to start the empyrean quest.

Update: That was the issue. Since I used the mog slip I never did do the quest. So doing that now. Thank yous for your assistance :) be well

[351 days between previous and next post]The wiki says if you used deeds to get the AF gear you don't have to do the quests. Is that wrong? I was able to get my AF and start on the relic. It won't let me start the empy gear. It also doesn't say anything about the coalitions. Except if you are doing Epeoletry.
Are you going to the right guy with at least 1 piece of relic?

Ya, I did deeds for the AF. Then did the Quest for Relic Armor. Then went to Ovtavernost at the big bridge waypoint. He says something about his dad being a PITA but that's it

I think you still have to do destiney's device and legacies of lost and found.

That would be stupid and a problem since I used deeds to get that gear. Plus the wiki says you don't. I guess I'll go try it and change the wiki if need be...
I know you still have to do all the quests for GEO
It won't even let me do the AF quests, NPC will only give me the level cap quests...

You have to do the lvl cap quest to unlock the AF quest. Standard procedure.
And technically all the wiki says is "Destiny's Device not needed", no mention of Forging New Bonds (pants) and Legacies of Lost and Found (sword, commission unlock) not needed.

[514 days between previous and next post]Stuck on this quest, can't get RUN empy armor. Legacies Lost and Found still shows as Current quest, even though I already completed Rune Fencer Relic Armor and have RUN relic head. Can't flag Destiny's Device either.
OK had to toss Runeist Trousers so I can get the item to complete Legacies Lost and Found
Confirmed after completing Destiny's Device, I was able to flag Epiphany

I know I'm very late to this party, but when I did the AF/Relic/Empy gear quests on RUN, I had the same problem. It wouldn't let me start on Empy even after finishing both AF and Relic, in order to get Empy, (I have witnessess), I had to redo Relic... all 5 pieces. so I ended up questing Relic twice
