Blurred Knife+1 OAT

Hello, First off I apologize if this has been asked before , or elsewhere , but I myself have not been able to find this information out. for example BG wiki lists the Demersal Degen +1 a OAT of 45% . I was wondering if these are the same? I would be under the assumption they are just as much or less than that

Augmented r15 demsal offers more acc.

Depending on your job there are better offhand options. Augmented Ternion dagger +1 or even un-augmented Gletti's knife are of note. I'm sure someone here can chime in on that, or check the job forums. Which job is this for?

Off hand for Corsair , would Demersal +1 R15 be better?
