phalanx, where to get it?
Which bcnm has a decent phalanx drop rate? im low on funds and dont want to pay the 70k on my server lol
Under Observation has a good drop rate, if memory serves me correctly.
Also have a 25% chance at Utsusemi: Ni and a 10% chance at Peacock Charm, so normally, worst case scenario, you'll be able to buy it with the +400k.

From my experiences has the best drop rate. Usually get at least a 50% drop on it (at least that's my record) so I'm pretty sold on that BC.
