Questlog Maps Error

I think I have it loaded properly, but leaving my OP here in spoiler so anyone helping can see what I've done and where I may or may not have messed up.
Thoughts? What do I need to do to get abyssea/maps or whatever? I'm not sure I recognize what this is asking for. Another lua or batch of map assets or something?
Gonna guess it either died before it asked for more maps too as abyssea is the first in a set of maps/____ it is probably going to want.
or I somehow had them.

Edit: Well, I kind of am self-help-desking myself. They were at a higher up section of the download. https://github.com/Ivaar/Windower-addons/tree/master/QuestLog
I had just got the lua and readme and ignored the maps part.
I now have them all in a folder together and am still getting the same error. Any idea how they need to be distributed or loaded? What of the .dll it's asking for. Sorry that I'm dumb.
Edit 2: So I stuck them in a folder called "maps" and reloaded and it says the lua loaded successfully.
Kind of curious about... commands to get it to do anything. Thoughts?
