Yes, if you already have the clear you will be rewarded with a key item upon zoning in.

Does this mean 100 monster kills in each zone for that job for 400 total kills?
Or
100 kills total across all zones, and enter all zones on a job to get the KI?

Has anyone figured out the Distorted Fragment yet for AF+3? JP wiki says one of two ways to obtain it, like dynamis:
Defeat a mid-boss
Defeat "a certain number of sweetwater foes", 100?
