funny how there's no more hnm camping or nm stealing in the game but people still find ways to ruin someone else game play because they are simply inadequate. Got hit with the banstick, i guess my life has just gotten a lot more free'er now i hope whoever is running around GM'ing people (on youtube) saying people ruining the game because they are just Xp'ing. Valefor has less than 500 players online at any given moment and for all the XP camps to be taken is HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE go get your own spot. this is goodbye its been a good run.

It takes multiple offenses to get a full ban so, you would think after the first ban, you would stop botting. But whatever, your absence will go unnoticed.

In other news... no matter what equipment you were so fond of, unless it's gated by time like Epeo/Idris, then you can be back in fighting form in a few weeks at minimal daily play. If you no-life it, buy gil, and use tools again (some people never learn), accounts can be back in much less time from what I read on these forums.
At this point, if you're starting fresh, what do you really have to lose by clipping around zones at 1,000% movement speed? Hell, I've read on here that some people throw care to the wind and just flaunt their no-***-given tool use after being banned since it's really only the price of a keycode for the game that you're risking.
That being said, I would suggest deleting your botting tools and trying again vanilla because the game can still be fun. Maybe try a server that isn't as empty as Valefor.

I saw the video. It was nothing special. It looked like someone spied on a party of JP bots. Nothing that hasn't been seen before.
There's an odd bot running around Wajaom Woodlands killing Marids and I can't figure out why. Well, that was after I MPK'd it multiple times in Sea Serpent Grotto. One of the most fun things I've done all year.

The big problem I have with the Job Point bots is that they always go to the ‘popular’ spots in Escha-Zi’tah, Reisenjima, Dho Gates, and Woh Gates. Effectively ‘locking’ the ‘good camps’ from other players for an unrealistic amount of time.
Heck the most annoying one we have on Odin is in Dho Gates ‘bat cave/bowl’. He's the RMT that sells JP. And he’s there 24/7. :/
If they were at the terrible camps in Sih Gates, no one would care.

To be honest, I don't blame someone for doing that. This game used to be full of people and everyone you saw run past you was a real person on a mission to do something.
Today, you really never know if the person running past you is a real person or a computer playing. Just as you mentioned NM stealing. That wasn't fun and neither is trying to compete for CP camps with computer-played characters.
When I returned to the game a few years ago, I learned a lot that had changed. When I mastered my first job, I thought "man, I can't imagine people who've mastered all of them" only to find out later that many who did, did not actually do it themselves. Along with finding out a lot of things many players "accomplished" were not actually done by them but a program while they slept, worked, etc. My first thought was "Why even play this game at that point?" What's the point? What's next... having a computer play chess for you but let you run in and say "checkmate"?
