Is Sandbox Broken?

just logged in for the first time today on more than one account. when i opened chat log to full the game crashed on that character. i checked and sandbox is checked in the windower menu. tried logging back in and it happneed again. every thing worked fine yesterday and i havent edited any settings so not sure what could be causing this.

figured it out. downloaded ffxiview and i think the one i found was an old version.
